Areas to stay:

Iñaquito is an urban parish in the north of Quito. It’s one of the most dynamic areas in terms of commerce, finance and modern urban development. The area hosts several large shopping malls, such as Centro Comercial Iñaquito (CCI), and is close to Quicentro.

Parque La Carolina is one of the city’s largest green parks (~60‑65 hectares). It functions as an urban lung: for walking, sports, recreation.

Modern transport infrastructure: The “Iñaquito” metro station on Line 1 provides better connectivity.

Compared to many other parts of Quito, this is a relatively safe zone: visible police presence, many corporate offices, hotels, restaurants. It’s preferred for business travelers and executive lodging.
