Bogotá has a cool and variable climate. In November, temperatures usually range between 9°C and 19°C, with the possibility of rain.
Bring a waterproof jacket or windbreaker and a compact umbrella.
Dress in layers, as it can be cold in the morning and at night, but warmer during the day.
Wear comfortable shoes with good grip, as the streets can be slippery when it rains.

2. Transportation

Use ride-hailing apps like Uber, Didi, or Cabify instead of street taxis, as they are safer and more convenient.
If you need to use public transportation, TransMilenio is a fast option, but it can be very crowded.
The closest stations to Google’s offices are Virrey and Calle 100.
For short trips around the conference area, walking is safe during the day, and you can also use rental bikes or electric scooters.

Parque de la 93 – A great place for a walk and relaxation, with several bars and cafés around.
Zona T – An area with lively bars and restaurants if you’re looking for a social atmosphere.
Andino or El Retiro Shopping Centers – Good options for shopping or a quiet coffee between meetings.

Bogotá is safe in business districts, but avoid walking alone at night in poorly lit streets.
Do not display your phone on the street, especially in crowded areas.
Always use reliable transportation (Uber, Didi, Cabify).
Exchange money only at official currency exchange offices, not on the street.
